Dear Parents and Carers

Pearsons Award – We are very proud to not only have Mr la Grange as a finalist nominated for Life Long Achievement Award, but also Mrs Cramp who has been nominated for Outstanding Teacher.  The judges came to hear testimonials from ex-students, students and staff last week for Mr la Grange and this week they returned for Mrs Cramp.  We wish both teachers the very best of luck.

Ogden Trust – This week Louis D’Moirah was awarded with an Ogden Trust Award for the most promising Physics student in the School.  The Ogden Trust is a charity set up to promote the teaching and learning of Physics.  The Ogden prize includes book tokens to the value of £25 and a potential undergraduate Science scholarship up to a value of £6,000.   Well done Louis.

Kirkland Rowell Surveys – There is still time to complete and return the Kirkland Rowell surveys issued last month – all surveys must be back by tomorrow Friday 5th May at the latest.

Yours sincerely

Mr K Douglas, Headteacher
