05/10/18 Head's Message & Letters
5th October 2018 | Head's Weekly Message |

Dear Parents and Carers

Academic Review Day
Our Academic Review Day is coming up on Tuesday 16 October. Students have been making appointments with their tutors directly; if you haven’t already confirmed your appointment time please ask your son/daughter to make your booking. You will have the opportunity to attend a keynote speech delivered either by myself or the Deputy Headteacher, as well as the opportunity to tour the new block. Tea and coffee will be available for parents and carers throughout the day. There will be some space for parking on site, including our newly paved parking area near Reception; but please remember this is limited and it may be more convenient for you to park off site. Each year’s Director of Learning will be writing to you next week in preparation for the Day.

Open Evening
Thank you to all for your support for Open Evening last Thursday. It went very well, with more than 800 families – about 2,000 visitors – coming to see what Rickmansworth School has to offer. We have received many messages of thanks and support for the evening – congratulations go to all the staff, students and governors for enabling this to happen.
