Head's weekly message
30th August 2019 | Head's Weekly Message |

Dear Parents and Carers

Since my appointment to Headteacher in April 2019, I have spent a great deal of time in the School making preparations for the new academic year and I am excited to be formally joining Rickmansworth School on 1 September.  I am really eager to welcome our new Year 7 students on Tuesday 2 September as we have a very busy schedule over the forthcoming days and weeks.  For existing students, there is a programme of Parents Information Evenings and I look forward to meeting you all at these events.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you in advance for all the support you will give me as the new Headteacher of Rickmansworth School and, in particular, to those parents who support the School through the Governing Body, the PTA, the Rickmansworth Foundation and all the staff who work here.

The Annual Saver Tickets can be paid for by direct debit by the parent/carers, with the cost of an annual ticket spread over 12 monthly instalments. The direct debit can be stopped and recommenced at any time, with parents/carers not tied into a contract.

The additional benefit of this ticket is that the student can use it evenings, weekends and during term holidays and can be used on our mobile M-Ticket app.
